Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchases
The following terms and conditions apply to all TicketAnnex orders.
You must agree to these terms before any order can be accepted.
All programs and artists are subject to change without notice.
SERVICE AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE EVEN IF EVENT IS CANCELLED.
No refunds will be given unless a performance is canceled in its entirety,
with no replacement performance scheduled. A change of artist does not constitute
cancellation of the performance. Opening artists are NOT A CONDITION OF SALE.
There are no rain checks.
Your name, address and telephone number is needed to validate your credit card transaction,
and in case we need to contact you regarding your booking. Your credit card information
will not be knowingly divulged to anyone.
Ticket Quantity Limits
In order to discourage the violation of ticket limits set forth by the promoter(s) of
events and to allow equal access to tickets to all TicketAnnex.com customers when events go on
sale, we have implemented the following condition of purchasing tickets on our web site:
Please adhere to published ticket limits. THERE IS AN 8 (eight)
TICKET LIMIT PER CREDIT CARD/BILLING ADDRESS FOR ALL EVENTS ON SALE(UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE).
NO EXCEPTIONS. Ticket orders exceeding the ticket limit WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and will be
CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address
Important Information for those Using Debit Cards
Be advised that when using a debit card, EACH TIME you click the “Purchase Tickets” button,
an inquiry is made at your financial institution in order to verify the availability of funds
necessary to complete the purchase. At that time, your financial institution may,
at its discretion, place a hold on those funds in anticipation of the completed transaction.
This hold would remain in effect until the transaction has been completed and the funds are
withdrawn from your account. However, debit systems are not set up to notify banks of aborted
transactions. Therefore, your financial institution would not be aware that, if for any reason,
the transaction was not completed. In such a case, your funds would continue to remain on hold.
Depending on the policy of your financial institution, those funds could be held for as long as
twenty-one (21) days. During this period, you will not have access to those funds.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION SETS THIS POLICY, NOT TICKETANNEX.COM.
You may wish to consult your financial institution as to its policy before attempting to complete
this purchase using a debit card. If you are in doubt about using a debit card, please proceed
using a credit card, order by phone at 1-866-4-MY-TIXS or (866)469-8497 or visit your nearest
TicketAnnex.com outlet. DO NOT USE YOUR "BACK" BUTTON: Once you click on any "BUY NOW!"
button and submit your personal information it is strongly suggested that you DO NOT use
your "Back" button, as this may charge your credit card again. If you entered the wrong
information and need to make the change, please call 1-866-469-8497 and speak with a customer
Tickets Being Sent By Mail
Tickets being mailed will be shipped via regular US mail, UPS ground or FEDEX and should
arrive well in advance of the event you have ordered. (Generally 7-10 days). If you have not
received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact TicketAnnex.com at
(866)469-8497 Monday - Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM EST, and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM EST.
There may be some events that will not have mail available (in this case, you will not get
the mail delivery option on the ticket-ordering page).
Will Call Information
Tickets can be picked up at Will Call (at the Venue's box office) starting 60 minutes
prior to the show time. You MUST present the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets,
and a picture I.D. at the ticket window to receive the tickets.When purchasing tickets from
any TicketAnnex location, please be aware of the following policies: The TicketAnnex
computerized system allows ticket buyers to purchase tickets based on seating preferences.
The system will select the best possible seat selection in the purchasers preferred area
based on availability, as determined by the venue box office at the time of purchase.
Each ticket purchased through TicketAnnex, over the telephone or from www.TicketAnnex.com,
is subject to a per ticket convenience charge. Orders processed over the telephone or on
www.TicketAnnex.com are also subject to a non-refundable per order handling charge.
Before making a purchase, please carefully review your event and seat selection.
Please note that you are purchasing, and not reserving tickets with your credit card.
Policies set forth by our clients prohibit TicketAnnex from issuing exchanges or refunds
after a purchase has been made. Please allow adequate time for delivery of your order.
When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Policies set forth by our
clients do not allow TicketAnnex to replace tickets if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note
that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.For information about a purchase
