The Allen County Solid Waste Management District and Bravas present a documentary by Anthony Bourdain on the food that is wasted in the US and what we can do about it. Following the film will be a Q&A with a local food waste expert and restaurant owner on what we can all do to save the food!
Bravas will be supplying special treats to those who arrive in time to get them!
