Description

Alice, an attractive pharmacist in her late 30s, is still single, to the consternation of her Jewish family. She takes refuge in Woody Allen movies, and has long talks with a poster of the filmmaker, asking him for guidance. This witty, romantic Gallic comedy, the debut of director/writer Sophie Lellouche, is an homage to Allen’s classic "Play It Again, Sam.” In fact, Allen himself shows up in a small but key role!

In French and English with subtitles.

For this evening, please use Fenway Entrance.

"Utterly endearing. As bubbly and lively as Paris in spring.” - Le Figaro
