Now in its 21st year, the 2023 Avalon Ball is a fantastic journey into the past when Big Bands played for huge audiences which were broadcast to the nation in the Art Deco Casino Ballroom built in 1929 and located in the city of Avalon on Catalina Island.Completely restored just a few years ago, the ballroom retains its original romantic style--a lavish medley of rose-hued walls, an arching, fifty-foot ceiling with five Tiffany chandeliers, an elevated stage, raised seating areas around the dance floor, and a vintage, full-service bar in back.This magical night features an evening of dancing to music from the 1920s and the 1930s. Immerse yourself in glorious Deco opulence gliding across the 10,000 square foot dance floor surrounded by romantic ocean views.Art Deco Members need to sign in to access your member benefit pricing. Please remember that your membership level directly affects the number of tickets you can receive a discount on. For Art Deco Society Affliate groups to access the members' discount, you will need to use the code that was emailed to you. Check-in at the venue will be done using the ticket purchasers name. No paper tickets will be mailed. Detailed information will be sent out closer to the event date.
Refund Policy:
NO refunds will be issued for Early Bird ticket purchases. No refunds for tickets or tables will be issued after April 14, 2023. Avalon Ball tickets are subject to a $10 refund fee and no processing fees will be refunded. An option to be issued a credit for the following years' Avalon Ball is offered. In cases of extreme hardship, refunds may be issued outside of this policy but will be decided on a case by case basis.
