Stretch/throw - 15 minutes

Defensive workout by position - 35 minutes

Batting practice on field - 40 minutes

Full infield/outfield - 20 minutes

Lunch - 10 minutes

Each inning is 3 outs or a 5 batter maximum

HBP is a ball and the at bat continues

Walk - Batter stays in box for another at bat - Count goes to 1-1 - All FB's the rest of the at bat
