Our limited quantity of tables are a separate purchase and do not include admission to the Ball. If you are planning to buy a table, please buy a ticket first. Tables will initially be offered exclusively to upper level Art Deco Society of Los Angeles members at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 26, 2025. All membership levels will have access from 11:30 AM until tables sell out. We expect tables to sell out on the day they are released for sale.
Cocktail Tables ($200) and Standard tables ($300) are both dinner table height. There are no high tables or chairs as there were in the past. Cocktail tables come with two chairs and standard tables with four.
PURCHASE OF A TABLE DOES NOT PROVIDE ADMISSION TO THE EVENT. YOU AND ALL PERSONS IN YOUR PARTY MUST HAVE AN EVENT TICKET.
Once you have purchased a table, anyone you wish may sit at your table. They do not have to pay extra to be your guest. However, they must have a ticket to the event.
Now in its 22nd year, the 2025 Avalon Ball is a fantastic journey into the past when Big Bands played for huge audiences which were broadcast to the nation in the Art Deco Casino Ballroom built in 1929 and located in the city of Avalon on Catalina Island.
This magical night features an evening of dancing to music from the 1920s and the 1930s. Immerse yourself in glorious Deco opulence gliding across the 10,000 square foot dance floor surrounded by romantic ocean views.
Completely restored just a few years ago, the ballroom retains its original romantic style--a lavish medley of rose-hued walls, an arching, fifty-foot ceiling with five Tiffany chandeliers, an elevated stage, raised seating areas around the dance floor, and a vintage, full-service bar in back.
We have a limited supply of tables available for sale. Tables often come up for re-sale once they sell out. This happens a few weeks prior to the event. Several hundred chairs are provided for guests at no cost. They are not assigned seating and are meant to be shared by all guests when they are not on the dance floor and wish to sit down. Please see our FAQ for more information on the two types of tables we have.

Check-in at the venue will be done using the table purchasers name. Detailed information will be sent out closer to the event date.
Refund Policy:
NO refunds will be issued this year. If your schedule is subject to change, we recommend purchasing a ticket closerer to the date of the event. You are welcome to gift or sell your table to another person. You must provide the name of the person who has taken ownership of the table.
