Events, memberships, merchandise—you’ve built it all. Now, you just need to sell it all. Participants in this session will receive detailed explanations of the following four topics: 

Introduction to Agent Managed Sales (AMS)

  • Logging in and creating a user batch.
  • Selling gneral admission tickets, reserved seating tickets, and selling from a Hold status. 
  • Selling new memberships vs.selling a membership renewal.
  • Selling concessions and/or merchandise.
  • Processing discounts for concessions, merchandise and memberships.
  • Processing donations.

Customer and Order Maintenance

  • Adding a new customer record.
  • Searching for an existing customer or member.
  • Searching for and editing existing orders.

Printing

  • Printing will call tickets.
  • Reprinting an order.
  • Printing order receipts.
  • Printing membership cards.

Reports

  • Accessing the reporting portal.
  • Finding and making sense of cashier reports.
