TICKET OPTIONS:
Seats: Individual seats are available for $450. Seat/table assignments will be determined at time of sale. Preference cannot be guaranteed. If you have 10 people, you may purchase a table and be guaranteed seating together.
Tables: Tables of 10 seats are available for $7,000. For groups of 10, this is the only way to guarantee you will be seated together.

Phone & Debit/Credit Card: If you'd like to register via phone, please call Heather Kantor at 615.591.8500, ext. 126, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Reply Card & Check: If you'd like to register with a check, please return the reply card you received with your invitation or call us and let us know you'd like to pay by check. Once we receive your check, your seats will be secured.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to popularity of this event, we cannot hold seats or tables without payment. So, please pay promptly and that will secure/guarantee your registration.
