Description

Abla is a single mother in Casablanca whose world darkened the day her husband died. Even her beautiful daughter cannot help. Samia is pregnant, living on the streets, and a social pariah for being unwed. She approached Abla, looking for work, and is at first rebuffed, but Abla softens and invites her in. Her kindness is reciprocated, as Samia gently helps her rekindle her spirit for life. And Samia must decide if she will keep her child or put the baby up for adoption.
