Description

Farideh was abandoned in a Tehran mosque as a newborn. She is adopted by a Dutch couple, grows up in Amsterdam and is obsessed with finding out who she really is….” I want to know whose eyes I have. I feel incomplete without knowing.” At 40, Farideh bravely journeys to Tehran. Three families looking for their lost daughter claim her, and willingly submit to DNA testing, indicating clearly the intense need for belonging and intimacy shared by all humanity.
