Description

For the safety of guests, volunteers and staff, The Center for the Arts & Sciences has created the following guidelines for events and gatherings held on Brazosport Fine Arts Council property. By entering The Center for the Arts & Sciences building you agree to follow these guidelines:

  • DO NOT ENTER if you are displaying any of these symptoms:

                        Fever

                        Chills

                        Respiratory difficulties

                        Coughing, sneezing runny nose

                        Upset stomach or intestinal distress

  • Maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet from others outside your household.

  • Sanitize hands frequently using the hand sanitizer stations conveniently located around The Center.

  • Face coverings over the mouth and nose are required at all times within the building, except for eating or drinking (see below).

  • Do not crowd restrooms. If there are more than six (6) individuals occupying the restroom, please wait until one person exits before entering. Maintain social distance in line and while in the restroom. Wash hands thoroughly before returning.

  • Face coverings may be removed while eating or drinking but you must remain stationary. Do not walk around without proper face covering.

  • Reservations are for 30 minutes time slots and begin on either the hour or the half hour, according to the time you have reserved on The Center’s ticketing system. Please exit the building at the end of your reserved time at the event. Do not congregate in the building or the parking lot.

  • The Center for the Arts & Sciences is private property. Attendees are guests of The Center and may be asked to leave for any reason.

In the event that federal, state, county or local officials alter the guidelines, recommendations or mandates for events/gatherings prior to the event date on or before October 29, 2020, Brazosport Fine Arts Council will make all necessary changes to ensure compliance of the most current guidelines, recommendations or mandates.
