A virtual presentation and question/answer session about the anti-inflammatory properties of Mexican cuisine will be conducted by Mary Therese Hankinson a registered dietitian. Join us for our first featured film, Diana Kennedy: Nothing Fancy, available to rent at the Film Society of Summit website. This presentation will address acute versus chronic inflammation, flavor print and ingredients for tranditional Mexican cuisine including anti-inflammatory properties; and recommendations for food purchasing, storage, and preparation to enhance health benefits. Recipes will be provided.
