We’re thrilled to welcome you back to the theater to experience new films in a small group experience. With safety as our top priority, we will be operating at a significantly reduced capacity, with each screening's total capacity limited to one party of up to ten guests.

Please note that you must purchase all desired tickets in the same transaction. Tickets are $7.50 for Amherst Cinema Members or $10.75 for non-Members. Members, be sure to sign in to unlock your Member rate. At this time, no passes can be redeemed for these screenings.

DREAMS FOR THE LIVING is a collection of animation by independent animation collaborative unit, Opertura (Aya Yamasaki and Jason Brown). Colorful watercolors and playful characters describe stories of growth, death and living in an ever shifting world. The animations are wordless and set to music, some of the pieces have the original music replaced with live scorings. Amherst Cinema is thrilled to welcome back Aya and Jason following 2016's DRAWN TOGETHER animated shorts program, which was curated by and featured work from Opertura.
