Parents or guardians must complete and sign the permission form
found at http://bcfas.org/summer-at-the-center/ prior to the first
day of the workshop. Forms are also available at the front desk of The Center.

Students may be signed up for both the Summer Music Theater Workshop and the Summer Drama Workshop (pending child's age),
but may not sign up for more than one Music Theater Workshop session or more than one Drama Workshop session.
