August 11 - Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. - In post-war Japan, an elderly couple visit their children and grandchildren in Tokyo, navigating changing cultures and familial situations. - This is a free screening in honor of the Johnson County Museum of History's featured exhibit "Bound by Friendship: The Sister Cities of Kuji and Franklin," exploring Kuji and Japanese culture. We encourage everyone  to visit the exhibit and consider attending the JCMH annual fundraiser 'Wine, Cheese and All That Jazz' on August 14. - Scheduled to show on 35mm film. - Advance RSVP requested (available to members 7/26, general public 7/28), but tickets may be available at the door. - Japanese language with English subtitles.
