Whitaker Center will be hosting a space themed day that features the
film Hidden Figures and the women of color that paved the way in space
travel. The ticket for the day will include viewing the film and hands- on
activities and exploration in the Harsco Science Center and STEM
Design Studios for all participants.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
? 9:30-3:00 Science Center exploration and activities
? 10:00 and 1:00 Hidden Figures
This exciting day is made possible by the new Space Education Fund to
support space-related programming and activities at Whitaker Center.
R. Timothy and Mary Webber Weston have generously provided the
seed money and leadership gift to launch this fund.
