Visiting Riverside? Masks Required, Vaccination Proof Starting Jan 16

Beginning Sunday, January 16, 2022, The Riverside Church requires all
staff, tenants, guests, and visitors 12 and older to provide proof of
vaccination or negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours before your
arrival before being allowed entry. Beginning
Friday, January 28, 2022, children ages 5 to 11 must also show proof of full vaccination.
Our process provides a fast, easy, secure, and HIPAA-compliant way to
upload proof of vaccination or negative tests. To make the process as simple as
possible, we highly recommend you:
• Complete this process on a smartphone or tablet so you
can easily take a photo of your vaccination card or negative test for upload.
• Complete this process well in advance – days or weeks
prior to your visit – to avoid delays upon your arrival.
