Join us as we kick off Johnson County's Bicentennial Celebrations! Walking up to The Historic Artcraft Theatre, you will experience 200 luminaries lining the streets of downtown Franklin.
At 6:30 p.m., Dr. Nicole Etchison of Ball State University will give a presentation about what life was like in Indiana during the 1820s. Throughout the event, the pioneer families of Johnson County will be honored along with photos and videos reflecting our history during the last 200 years.
This event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6 p.m.
