Tables are a separate purchase and do not include admission. If you are planning to buy a table, please buy a ticket first to ensure your account and all other details are in order. Tables will initially be offered exclusively to Art Deco Society of Los Angeles members.

Standard tables are the height of a dining room table and come with four chairs. Members: $210 / Non-Member $235

Cocktail tables are small "high boy" tables with two high chairs. Members $150 / Non-Member $175.


PURCHASE OF A TABLE DOES NOT PROVIDE ADMISSION TO THE EVENT. YOU AND ALL PERSONS IN YOUR PARTY MUST HAVE AN EVENT TICKET.

Once you have purchased a table, anyone you wish may sit at your table. They do not have to pay extra to be your guest. However, they must have a ticket to the event.

Now in its 21st year, the 2024 Avalon Ball is a fantastic journey into the past when Big Bands played for huge audiences which were broadcast to the nation in the Art Deco Casino Ballroom built in 1929 and located in the city of Avalon on Catalina Island.

This magical night features an evening of dancing to music from the 1920s and the 1930s. Immerse yourself in glorious Deco opulence gliding across the 10,000 square foot dance floor surrounded by romantic ocean views.

Completely restored just a few years ago, the ballroom retains its original romantic style--a lavish medley of rose-hued walls, an arching, fifty-foot ceiling with five Tiffany chandeliers, an elevated stage, raised seating areas around the dance floor, and a vintage, full-service bar in back.

We have a limited supply of tables available for sale. Members have priority to purchase them when they go on sale on October 15, 2023. Tables often come up for re-sale once they sell out. This happens a few weeks prior to the event. Several hundred hairs are provided for guests at no cost. They are not assigned seating and are meant to be shared by all guests when they are not on the dance floor and wish to sit down. Please see our FAQ for more information on the two types of tables we have.

Art Deco Members, please sign in to access your member benefit pricing. Remember that your membership level directly affects the number of tickets you can receive at a discount. For Art Deco Society Affliate groups to access the members discount, you will need to use the code that was emailed to you by your organization. If you did not receive it or can't find it, send an email to ArtDeco@ArtDecoLA.org

Check-in at the venue will be done using the ticket purchasers name. No paper tickets will be mailed. Detailed information will be sent out closer to the event date.

Refund Policy:

NO refunds will be issued for Tickets this year. If your schedule is subject to change, we recommend purchasing a ticket closerer to the date of the event. You are welcome to gift or sell your tickets to another person. You must provide the name of the person who has taken ownership of the tickets.

No refunds for tables will be issued after April 25, 2024. Avalon Ball tables are subject to a $20 refund fee and no processing fees will be refunded.
