Description

January 5 and 6 - Friday and Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. both days. - Onsale for members 11/22; for the general public, on 11/29 at 1 p.m.

What it is: One of Elvis Presley's most popular films, Blue Hawaii is the story of a young man returned to Hawaii after military service. Pressured by his parents to get professional and take over the family business, Chad Gates would rather hang out with his friends, sing songs and spend time with his girlfriend.

Why we're showing it: It is a longstanding tradition at the Artcraft to start off the new year with a celebration of the King's January 8th birthday, by showing one of his many films. Blue Hawaii is one of Elvis's most successful films, with an exotic Hawaiian locale, and a memorable soundtrack featuring the title track, "Aloha Oe," "Can't Help Falling in Love," and many others.

If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with a sick individual, for the safety of others, please do not attend. Refunds are available for illnesses - please contact the Will Call office by phone or email.

Effective June 1 2022, the Artcraft is instituting a 3.25% fee on credit card orders to cover the cost of credit card company fees.
