Collective's (MADC) Collective Thread provides a voice and a platform for
artistic self-impression to those women identifying artists of underrepresented
ethnic groups within the medium of dance.

The March 23 concert will honor 1-2 artists who exemplifies community and
is a gatekeeper in the dance field with the CREATE | SHARE | INSPIRE Legacy
Award. MADC’s Collective Thread Dance Festival is made possible in part with
funding from the West Harlem Development Corporation (WHDC) and the Department
of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) Cultural Development Fund Award.
A strobe effect and haze may be used
in this performance.
Performers may be using the aisles
throughout the show.
Projections may affect photosensitive
audience members.
