Louisville Orchestra

From 2022 to 2024, under the dynamic leadership of Teddy Abrams, the orchestra embarked on a series of tours across Kentucky, leaving a lasting musical legacy. These tours not only showcase an exceptional blend of classical and contemporary music but also deepen our engagement with communities, reaching diverse audiences and fostering a renewed appreciation for orchestral music. The LO will be performing works that appeal to audiences of all ages and tastes in music and reflect the rich musical heritage of our state, featuring homegrown performers and compositions in every venue.  This ground-breaking initiative will allow the LO musicians and staff to meet people where they are and explore the arts through musical and educational collaborations with local musicians, artists, schools, and community organizations.
