September 5 - Thursday at 7:30 p.m. - this 'Knit at Night' screening will have extra lighting, and we encourage patrons to bring crafts to work on while they watch.
What it is: Adapted from Louisa May Alcott's generational novel, Little Women charts the coming-of-age stories of the four March sisters in 19th century New England, as they grow older, fall in love, and deal with their own personal ambitions and journeys.
Why we're showing it: This is our first 'Knit at Night' presentation - bring your knitting, needlepoint or other crafts and enjoy a lights-up movie while creating. The Knitting Otter and Wild Geese Bookshop will be on site selling Little Women inspired gifts. Proceeds from Wild Geese sales will be donated to the Emmalyn's Way Foundation to raise funds for inclusive playgrounds and accessible spaces where all children can experience the joy of play. If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with a sick individual, for the safety of others, please do not attend. Refunds are available for illnesses - please contact the Will Call office by phone or email.
