Out of Uniform is best known for their blend of Bluegrass and Country music! Based out of RVA, friends Rocky, Philip, Paul, and Doug, formed an acoustic cover band two years ago. With traditional bluegrass instruments they preform popular songs from the 80’s to now. They’ve enjoyed bringing their unique venues and festivals all over Virginia.
