We’re thrilled to welcome you back to the theater to experience new films in a small group experience. With safety as our top priority, we will be operating at a significantly reduced capacity, with each screening's total capacity limited to one party of up to ten guests.

Please note that you must purchase all desired tickets in the same transaction. Tickets are $7.50 for Amherst Cinema Members or $10.75 for non-Members. Members, be sure to sign in to unlock your Member rate. At this time, no passes can be redeemed for these screenings.

Based on a major exhibition at the Ashmolean in Oxford, Tokyo Stories spans 400 years of incredibly dynamic art—ranging from the delicate woodblock prints of Hokusai and Hiroshige, to Pop Art posters, contemporary photography, Manga, film, and brand-new artworks that were created on the streets.
