We’re thrilled to welcome you back to the theater to experience new films in a small group experience. With safety as our top priority, we will be operating at a significantly reduced capacity, with each screening's total capacity limited to one party of up to ten guests.

Please note that you must purchase all desired tickets in the same transaction. Tickets are $7.50 for Amherst Cinema Members or $10.75 for non-Members. Members, be sure to sign in to unlock your Member rate. At this time, no passes can be redeemed for these screenings.

In her documentary feature, MAKING WAVES, Midge Costin reveals the hidden power of sound in cinema through film clips and insight from visionary directors and sound designers. Following the film, Costin joins us in person to share highlights from her career as a Hollywood sound editor and passionate teacher and advocate for the creative use of sound in the cinematic arts.
