We’re thrilled to welcome you back to the theater to experience new films in a small group experience. With safety as our top priority, we will be operating at a significantly reduced capacity, with each screening's total capacity limited to one party of up to ten guests.

Please note that you must purchase all desired tickets in the same transaction. Tickets are $7.50 for Amherst Cinema Members or $10.75 for non-Members. Members, be sure to sign in to unlock your Member rate. At this time, no passes can be redeemed for these screenings.

One of Amherst Cinema's most popular films of 2026 returns with the director in person! Presented in partnership with the Social Thought and Political Economy Program at UMass Amherst.

Please note that free tickets are available to any student with ID. Free student tickets are available only at the Amherst Cinema box office (not online). They can be picked up in advance during the Cinema’s regular box office hours, or at the door the night of the screening. One free ticket is available per student with a valid school ID.
