Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens' annual summer event, Art in the Gardens, is the first weekend of August. Set across 47 acres stretching from forested canyons to ocean bluffs, the Gardens transform into a vibrant open-air gallery featuring more than 50 artists showcasing ceramics, jewelry, photography, woodwork, and more. Sculptures dot the landscape, while sweeping Pacific views and dramatic dahlia displays set the scene.
A beloved community tradition and key fundraiser, proceeds support the nonprofit Gardens’ mission to conserve plants and create meaningful connections between people, plants, and place.
